When you communicate, you use your whole body. Habits that develop over time, such as typing on a laptop or texting, can affect your posture and how you move in the world. In Module 1, I’ll help you become aware of your body alignment so you can communicate with confidence and power.
You’ll also learn step-by-step instructions for how to use digital tools for gender-affirming voice coaching to guide you in your path.

In this module, I’ll guide you step-by-step through conducting your own acoustic assessment, giving you a clear, personalized starting point to measure and track your progress.

Module 3 will give you practical tips and voice exercises to help prevent vocal fatigue and hoarseness. I’ll also share some of my go-to strategies for supporting clients on their gender-affirming voice journey. Plus, we’ll explore the key parts of voice production so you can better understand how your voice works.

In this module, I’ll walk you through exercises to help you safely raise and settle into a new target pitch. With permission from past clients, I’ll also share recordings of our coaching sessions so you can see how these exercises play out in practice and get a better idea of how to apply them yourself.

In this module, you'll discover techniques to help relax your body, reduce tension, and manage stress, along with hands-on tools to deepen your understanding of the nervous system. You'll learn how emotions show up in your body, understand what triggers stress, and gain strategies to handle survival responses like fight, flight, and freeze. By the end of the module, you’ll have a toolkit of simple, effective practices to support yourself in challenging moments and cultivate a sense of inner safety—all essential steps toward finding and connecting with your authentic voice.

In this module, we’ll focus on breathing—the power behind your voice. You’ll pick up some simple techniques to help you breathe more efficiently, making it easier to sustain your affirmed voice. I’ve also added a bonus video with three quick tips to reduce social anxiety when using your voice in real-life settings, helping you feel more comfortable and confident.

Resonance is what gives your voice its unique quality, adding authenticity. In this module, you’ll learn how to modify the “brightness” or “darkness” of your voice by adjusting different parts of your vocal tract. Many people find the concept of resonance confusing, but I assure you—I explain it in a way that’s easy to understand with lots of different examples. With permission from past clients, I’ll also share recordings from our 1-on-1 sessions so you can see these techniques in action.

Intonation is the rise and fall of pitch in speech. It helps express emotions, signals whether we’re asking a question or making a statement, and adds emphasis to what we’re saying. In this module, you’ll learn how to identify the limits of your pitch range, recognize smooth (legato) versus choppy (staccato) speech patterns, and how to sound expressive while staying within your new target pitch range.

Voice is so much more than the words we say. In this module, I’ll guide you through step-by-step tips and techniques for laughing, coughing, and sneezing with a brighter, lighter voice quality.

Module 10 is all about shifting your mindset to unlock your full potential. I’ll help you understand the subconscious mind—the hidden driver behind many of your thoughts and actions—and teach you how to recognize and reprogram limiting beliefs that might be holding you back from reaching your goals. Finding your authentic voice goes beyond voice exercises—it’s about letting go of what no longer serves you so you can align with your most confident self.
